Eat Smart, Live Strong includes fun, social and interactive sessions designed to improve fruit and vegetable consumption and physical activity among adult’s age 55 and older. Throughout the sessions participants will gain the skills needed to promote healthy behavior changes to improve their overall health and well-being.

Class Schedule: Wednesday August 5, 10-11 a.m., Wednesday August 12, 10-11 a.m., Wednesday August 19, 10-11 a.m., Wednesday August 26, 10-11 a.m.
Class series are taught throughout the community, including but not limited to community centers, churches, schools and local MSU Extension offices. Group series are available if there are six to 10 people, and at least half of the group is Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) eligible.
