Eat Smart, Live Strong

Eat Smart, Live Strong includes fun, social and interactive sessions designed to improve fruit and vegetable consumption and physical activity among 60-74 year olds. Throughout the sessions participants will gain the skills needed to promote healthy behavior changes to improve overall health and well being.

  • Challenges and Solutions
  • Colorful and Classic Favorites
  • Eat Smart, Spend Less

Participants receive a certificate of completion at the end of the program. Come join the fun today!!! Class series are taught throughout the community, including but not limited to community centers, churches, schools and local MSU Extension offices. Group series are available if there are six to 10 people, and at least half of the group is Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) eligible.
