Earth Day Celebration

The Gladwin County Master Gardeners and the Gladwin County Chamber of Commerce present their annual Earth Day Celebration. Senior Academic Specialist, Dr. David Roberts, from Michigan State University's College of Agriculture and Natural Resources and discoverer of the Emerald Ash Borer will be the guest speaker for the evening. Join us to learn more about oak wilt, ash decline, maple tar spot, and other diseases threatening trees in our landscapes. Admission is FREE! No pre-registration required. Many local vendors will be on hand with great displays and items for sale. The Gladwin County MSU Extension office will also offer soil test kits and boxes for sale to participants at their booth. So stop in to see us! Door prizes and free garden gifts will be available (while supplies last)! Light Refreshments will also be served. 

Doors open at 5:15 p.m. Program begins at 6:15 p.m., and ends at approximately 8 p.m.
