Dining with Diabetes

Prediabetes and type 2 diabetes can be controlled or even prevented with a healthy diet and regular physical activity. Learn to make healthy food choices and incorporate balanced menus into the family dining experience. Classes include research-based education, cooking demonstrations and recipe sampling. Lessons taught by Sarah Eichberger MPH, RD with cooking demonstrations by Carol Danly, NMC Great Lakes Culinary Institute graduate. Join us for two classes, Monday, April 11 and Monday April 18.
