Dining with Diabetes

Dining with Diabetes is designed for people at risk of type 2 diabetes or who have diabetes, as well as their family members. The goals of this four-session course series are focused on strategies for healthy eating for improved type 2 or pre-diabetes management. Classes included research-based education accompanied by cooking demonstrations and physical activity breaks. Participants are expected to attend all 4 classes in the series.

Class dates are Wednesday, June 3; Wednesday, June 10; Wednesday, June 17; and Thursday, June 23.
