Dining with Diabetes

Workshop series for four Thursday evenings in February. Topics include sugars and artificial sweeteners, reducing fats and sodium, and vitamins, minerals and fiber. Each session consists of an educational topic along with food demos and taste testing. Each participant receives a notebook of materials and recipes.

The registration fee for the workshop is $25 which includes all food and materials. Scholarships are available for those unable to pay all or part of the registration fee.
