Join us as Master Gardener Karen Burke shares her knowledge and experience in drying fruits and vegetables. Dehydrating foods can: help save on time, money, storage space, improve nutrition, provide gift ideas and helps with camping and backpacking supplies. Karen has been drying foods for over 18 years and will share tips and techniques for safely drying and using dried foods.
