Are you interested in starting a commercial food business based on your favorite recipes, or as a value-added agriculture product? Perhaps you would like to go beyond the limits of the Michigan Cottage Food Law and become licensed. This session will focus on basic food processing, licensing and other legal requirements, marketing, business planning, and related topics.
