Food products are serious business. This session will deal with basic food processing, regulatory requirements, and business development. Held in partnership with the Niles Entrepreneurial & Culinary Incubator, Michigan State University Extension and Product Center educators will teach prospective food entrepreneurs about making, marketing, and managing a food product business.
