This session will deal with basic food processing, regulatory requriements, and business development.Michigan State University Extension and Product Center Educators will teach prospective food entrepreneurs about making, marketing and managing a food product. The session is held in partnership with the Niles Entrepreneurial & Culinary Incubator.
