Cooking Matters for Adults Series

These classes involve a six-week series that meets once a week for two hours. We have a chef that will come in each to help us prepare a recipe and share information. At the end of class, each participant will be able to take home the ingredients that it takes to make the recipe at home during the week. They will learn cooking basics, label reading, My Plate and much more. These classes are free to adults who qualify for SNAP/food stamps.
