Cooking Matters

Cooking Matters is a 6 week course for 2 hours each class. This class empowers families at risk of hunger with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to make healthy and affordable meals. With the help of a chef and nutrition expert, participants learn how to select nutritious and low-cost ingredients and perepare them in ways that provide the best nourishent possible to their families.

This event will take place on the 2nd Floor of the MSU Extension Clare County Building.
