Cooking Matters is a seven-week series on nutrition, cooking and budgeting the food dollar, taught by a chef and a nutrition instructor from MSU Extension. After working in the kitchen with a chef making tasty, healthy and low-cost items, the participant will take home groceries to make the items themselves.

Directions: Apple Avenue to Shonat Street, go south four blocks.
