Cooking for Crowds is designed for non-profit groups that prepare food for their organizations or for the public. Learn to prevent the conditions that may lead to a food borne illness through the stages of planning, purchasing, preparation and service. Receive a detailed workbook with useable templates, and a thermometer to use at your events.
