This class is geared toward individuals who prepare foods for groups or participate in food based fundraisers. Participants will learn how to prevent food borne illness by following safe food handling practices such as:

  1. Controlling time and temperature
  2. Preventing cross contamination
  3. Practicing personal hygiene
  4. Cleaning and sanitizing
  5. How to apply it to your community meal setting
