Cooking Matters at Home provides participants with education about how to prepare healthy meals on a limited budget. Intended for parents and caregivers, attendees will learn how to shop smarter, use nutrition information to make healthier choices, and cook delicious, affordable meals.
This course will run every Wednesday at 2:00 PM, from April 10, 2024 to May 22, 2024 with the exception of Wednesday April 24, there will be no class held that day.
