It was clear from the energy at the May Dessert with Discussion with Dr. Jeff Andresen and from the evaluations there was more to be discussed. Please join us for Climate Change Conversations with KBS scientists on how climate change is affecting our environment and what we can do about it. Drs. Steve Hamilton and Phil Robertson will be presenting and answering questions related to aquatic ecology and sustainable agriculture. If there are other topics based on your questions on this registration form, we will recruit scientists with the right expertise to help answer questions.
During the program, each scientist will briefly share about their research. They will share the current situation, what climate predictions tell us about the future and recommendations for what we can do about it. You will be seated at a table that will allow you to discuss what has been presented and ask more questions or suggest topics for broader discussion. The evening will be interactive and informative!
Anyone is welcome to participate, but we hope that people who attended Dessert with Discussion and had unanswered questions will return.
On the registration form you will have a space to write in any climate change questions you have. We will share these questions with our scientists, organize the evening to answer some of the submitted questions and allow for small table discussions to generate more.
