Climate Change Adaptation for Forestry Professionals

This climate change adaptation workshop is targeted for professional foresters (private consultants; industrial land managers; and foresters with Conservation Districts, the DNR, and other organizations). It has been approved for 10.5 CFE Category credits through the Society of American Foresters, and for 4.0 SFE credits through the Sustainable Forestry Initiative.
Workshop time will be dominated by hands-on planning around real-world projects, punctuated by brief presentations and discussions on climate change adaptation. We’ll be using the Adaptation Workbook from the Forest Adaptation Resources document (no cost).
Cancellations received on or after June 8 will incur a $20 cancellation fee.

On June 1, participants will be expected to participate in a two-hour webinar, beginning at 1 p.m. EST to prepare them for the workshop. A link will be sent to participants closer to the workshop date.
