Chronic Pain PATH (Personal Action Toward Health)

Michigan State University Extension & Area Agency on Aging of Northwest Michigan will be hosting two evidence-based PATH workshop(s), a Diabetes PATH and a Chronic Pain PATH (this event) in Lake City, at the Michigan State University Extension office, 6180 W. Sanborn Road starting in September. Both of these workshops are being offered free of charge to the public.
PATH is Endorsed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), & the National Council on Aging. PATH is a workshop that empowers people to take an active role in managing a chronic or long-term health condition. Workshops meet for 6 weeks, in 2 1/2 hour sessions each week. Workshops are offered in convenient, easily-accessible community locations.
