The Certified Pullorum Tester Workshop will cover Federal and State poultry laws, the National Poultry Improvement Plan’s (NPIP) U.S. Pullorum-Typhoid Clean program, and training on how to properly conduct a plate test for Salmonella Pullorum.
Attendance for the workshop is free. However, there is a $20 fee to become a certified tester. The certification is good for three years. Certified testers must be at least 18 years old.
