Blanching and Freezing

A one-hour evening class on preparing foods for freezing to preserve nutritional value, taste and quality will be conducted by Lisa Treiber, food safety specialist from Midland County, at the MSU Extension Extension building in Gladwin. There is no charge for this class but we must have a minimum of 5 participants to conduct the class. Please sign up with MSU Extension Gladwin by Friday, September 19.
