Blanching and Freezing  - Clare County MSUE - 225 W. Main Street Harrison MI 48625.  This class will be taught on Tuesday, July 30, 2013  from 10:00 AM - Noon.  

Learn how to successfully freeze foods. This class will provide you with handouts and resources to reference.

The cost of the workshop is $10.00. Registration fees for SNAP particpants will be waived upon verification at check-in.

This workshop will be taught by an experienced MSU Extension food safety educator.
