All About Food: From Farm to Fork Conference

This one day conference is an opportunity for local food systems stakeholders to gather, network and learn from one another and presenters from around the state. Our keynote speaker is Jill Bommarito, founder and owner of Ethel's Edibles, a local gluten free baked goods company. She will speak about her journey as a small food business start-up to a growing food business with major retail outlets. There will be more than 20 breakout sessions to choose from on topics ranging from farmland preservation to antibiotics in our food system to making your own fermented foods. A locally sourced and made lunch will be provided. A vendor show of local food businesses and healthy living will be available to visit throughout the day.
