PUT IT UP! Food Preservation for Youth curriculum is a series of informal educational lessons that guide youth to explore and understand the science of safe food preservation.

Learn how to prepare canned jams and jellies. This class will provide you with handouts and resources to reference. The cost of the workshop is $10.00.

This workshop will be taught by an experienced MSU Extension food safety educator.

Designed for school kids grades 4 through 12.
