4-H Officer Training and Youth-Adult Partnership Training

FOR YOUTH: Any 4-H member who is currently serving or aspiring to serve as a 4-H club or committee officer, or any 4-H member looking to build their leadership skills. We will hold an officer training outlining the responsibilities of officers and basic parliamentary procedure guidelines.
FOR ADULTS: While the youth are learning about officer roles and parliamentary procedure, adults will hone their skills in empowering youth to make decisions through youth-adult partnerships. We’ll cover the benefits and challenges to encouraging youth voice in groups and share strategies for implementation in your clubs.

WHY SHOULD I ATTEND? Both trainings will be hands-on, fun, and interactive! They will give you tools to make the most out of your 4-H experiences. Try something new! Meet new people! Free Food!!
