4-H Junior Master Gardener Workshop

Time:

Registration:   Saturday, Feb. 13, 2016, 1 - 2 p.m.
Workshop Ends:  Sunday, Feb. 14, 2016, 1 p.m. after lunch

Cost:

$40 - 4-H members, 4-H volunteers and MSU Extension staff with 4-H responsibilities who bring a volunteer leader or member

$89 - MSU Extension staff who attend without a volunteer or member, non-4-H members and personnel from other agencies

Persons canceling without a replacement by Wednesday, Jan. 27, 2016, will be charged a $7.60 cancellation fee. Persons who do not show up at the workshop, do not have a replacement, or do not cancel to ANR Event Services at events@anr.msu.edu within 48 hours (Feb. 11, 2016) prior to the start of workshop will be billed the full registration fee.

Who Should Attend?

4-H members age 16-19 (as of January 1), Extension staff, teachers and volunteers interested in Junior Master Gardening and the all new Learn Grow Eat & Go curriculum to use in schools, afterschool programs, 4-H and partner programs. This program will explain the Junior Master Gardener curriculum, provide hands on activities that are part of the curriculum, meet with a veteran volunteer that teaches the curriculum, learn how to plan and build your garden, while creating an entrepreneurial project.
