16 Hour ServSafe - Kalamazoo County

Participants must complete the entire course and receive a 75% score on the exam to earn a certificate.

Registration Information

The cost of the 16-hour course is $145 per person plus the ServSafe Manager 6th edition book (purchased separately – not included in the registration fee). You must have a ServSafe Manager 6th edition book that contains an answer sheet to take the exam.

The class will be taught by certified instructors and exam proctors through the National Restaurant Association.
