Member Enrollment Information

4-H enrollment is open on a rolling basis but all members re-enrolling must do so by December 1 (4-H Online instructions) and all new 4-H members must be enrolled by May (4-H Online instructions) to participate in the Ionia Free Fair.

All enrollments and re-enrollments must be done through 4-H Online with all participation fees being brought or mailed to the Ionia MSU Extension office in the form of check or cash.

Any youth aged 18, 19 or 20 at the time of a 4-H event who is planning to attend as a participant must fill out the Background Check Form.  At least one reference check and a criminal history check will be conducted in accordance with the Michigan 4-H Youth Programs Youth-Adult Housing Policy for 4-H Overnight Events. Volunteer Leader Information

Volunteer Applications Forms are accepted on a rolling basis.

The following forms are required to complete the Volunteer Selection Process. Once the completed forms are sent to our office, we will begin the necessary steps for you to attain your leader status.
